Horizon aims at generating returns in the form of inflation-linked long-lease income and capital growth from investment in residential property portfolios in UK, let on fully repairing and insuring (“FRI”) long leases or housing management agreements to a range of Registered Housing Providers, Local Authorities and/or corporate counterparties, which have been classified by Horizon’s investment process as having strong financial covenants. We will seek to target a broadly balanced exposure in the Portfolio to Affordable Market Rent Housing and Specialist Social Housing to provide attractive diversification to the Portfolio.
